Return, Refund, and Delivery Terms

Returns and Exchanges:
To return or exchange a product (except for non-returnable items), you must send it along with the invoice to our contact address. Necessary information regarding the return or exchange process will be provided to you through the communication address in your membership.

Delivery:
Orders will be shipped within three business days if the products are available in stock. For out-of-stock items, you will be contacted. Shipping is not done on weekends or public holidays. You can track the shipping stages of your order in the "My Orders" section of the "My Account" area.

Shipping Fees:
For purchases over 750 TL, shipping is free. For purchases below 750 TL, shipping will be sent as "C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery)".

Warranty Conditions:
All products sold on our site are under the warranty of the manufacturer, and the manufacturer's own conditions apply.

Right of Withdrawal:
You can return the product within 14 days of the delivery date, provided that the packaging has not been opened, the product has not been used, and no damage has occurred. Before returning the product, please send an email to [email protected] with your return reason, invoice, and order number. Based on the information you provide, our company will start the return process and inform you about how to send the product back. All materials, invoices, and accessories that came with the product must also be returned.

Damaged Products During Transport:
Products damaged during transport should not be accepted, and a damage report should be created with the carrier. Minor dents in the box or packaging that do not affect the product should not be considered as grounds for return. Once you accept the package, the carrier is considered to have fulfilled their duty. If you detect damage during transportation, ensure the damaged product is returned to us with the damage report issued by the carrier. The product will be replaced and sent to your address once it arrives at our company.

Faulty Products:
If you notice a defect or issue with a product after receiving it, please inform us by sending an email to [email protected]. If a return or exchange is necessary, the procedure will be communicated to you. After necessary inspection, the product will be replaced with a new one and sent to your address. Please note that damages occurring due to post-use will not be considered.

Important Reminder:
For hygiene reasons, returns and exchanges are not accepted for innerwear products (e.g., underwear, fantasy nightgowns, corsets, socks) once the packaging has been opened or the item has been tried on.
